Employee Directory Record Management

Role-Based Access Control
Role-based access control (RBAC) helps you to manage who has admin access to different applications and what they can do in specific areas of the applications. Below are the roles.
Admin – User have full access to the account. In other words, they can do everything.
Billing – Access to billing information. They will receive monthly invoice from HRSifu.
Claim – Full access to claim application. They can create claim category, setup claim limit, and setup claim workflow. They can view all submitted claims and reports
Leave – Full access to leave application. They are responsible to setup leave policy, setup company holiday, apply leave on behalf of the employee, and support employee on leave request matters. They can view all submitted leave and reports.
Malaysia Payroll – Full access to Malaysia payroll application. They will be responsible to process company payroll. They can view and update information related to payroll in the employee directory.
Now you can keep track of employment status from job offer, joining to resignation.
Not Started – This status is for new employee who has not start work yet. This employee can’t log in to the system.
Probation – For an employee who is serving the probation period.
Active – For confirmed employee.
Notice Period – For an employee who has tendered resignation and serving the notice periods.
Resigned – For an employee who has resigned and left the company. HR wish to keep the record for reference purposes. This employee can’t log in to the system.
Offer Declined – For candidate has rejected a job offer. This is for record purposed. This employee can’t log in to the system.
Suspend – For an employee who has committed misconduct and suspended before disciplinary inquiry. This employee can’t log in to the system.
