Users will receive an invitation letter to join HRSifu when admin creates employee in the system
Below are some steps to get started:
Step 1: Update password
Employee will received an email invitation
Click on the link ‘here’ to go to the password reset page.
Enter the new password and log into the HRSifu
Step 2: Review your leave entitlement
You can view your own leave entitlement directly on the dashboard
Step 3: Apply Leave
On Dashboard page, click on Apply Leave
Fill up the form
- Select the Leave Type & Day Type
- Select the Date From and To
- Attached supporting document and reason if needed
Click on ‘Apply’ button to submit the leave form for approval.
Manager will receive notification for the leave approval.
Pending approval leave request will be shown on the dashboard
Approved leave will be shown on the calendar.
You can view all your leave request under ‘Leave Reports -> My Leave Request’
Step 4: Submit Claim
On the dashboard, click on ‘Submit Claim’ button to create a claim form.
Fill in the details:
- Select the category
- Fill in the receipt date and amount
- Optional – Fill in GST. Click on the ‘Fill Tax Company Detail’ to enter detail information
- Enter the description
- Attached the receipts
Click on ‘Submit’ button to send the form for approval
Manager will received email notification for approval
Pending claim will be shown on the dashboard.

Step 5: Claims approval
When a claim is submitted, manager will receive email notification for approval.
Approver can view details and approve the claim individually.
Approver have the option to process it monthly at the Action View. Details of the view is describe here.
